Two associate researchers at MRC CRH, Professor Evelyn Telfer and Dr Roseanne Rosario, visited Castlebrae Community High School on 16.11.22 to facilitate a Women in STEM session with a group of female students. Image The interactive session offered students the opportunity to examine cells and tissue, watch videos and detailed images from UoE labs, and ask questions about female fertility research. The budding future scientists were keen to learn about what a ‘day in the life of a scientist’ is like and what reproductive health research progress has been made over recent years.
